- Q. How long can I stay in my property?
For as long as you want; provided you adhere to your rental payment, agreement and don't make any structural changes to the property. We want you to be there forever! An empty property is of no use to us, if you move out, it just means we need to get someone else in to rent it as we are not looking to sell property.
- Q. How do I know you wont evict me in 6 months?
You are welcome to talk to some of our clients that are renting back form us currently. There would be no benefit in evicting you after 6 months as we would only have to find another tenant to occupier the property, as we are not interested in selling any of our properties.
- Q. How much will the rent go up?
We only rent our properties with a valid tenancy agreement, with a set increase of 6% per annum after the first 12 months. For example if you are paying rent of £500 per calendar month your rent could only increase by £30 per calendar month for that year. A lot less that a mortgage rate rise would cost.
- Q. What percentage are you below the market value?
At Wright property solutions we don't have a fixed percentage we will buy at. We look at each individual situation and what you want and need to achieve.
- Q. If I call you will you pressure me into selling?
The simple answer is NO. The 1st call is designed to answer all of your questions queries you may have. Explain fully what we can do for you with all the pros & cons.
- Q. What about maintenance on my house?
From day of completion we are responsible for any building related problems with your property from the boiler to the roof . You're free to decorate the house how you wish. All we ask is you don't make any structural changes without consulting us first. It's your home; we want you to continue to treat it like home. We also pay for the buildings insurance.
- Q. Are you a responsible landlord?
Yes we have all our properties annual checked, anything that fails any annual checks will be repaired / replaced immediately. If any problems arise with the property for example damaged roof ,boiler etc we will act fast to have the fault resolved for you.
- Q. I'm not quite sure about it all what should I do?
